What happens when I get to the Forum?

Arrival
When you arrive at the event, please register at the Invited Speakers desk arranged near the entrance to the pavilion №7, first floor, at the Registration zone. This area will be exclusively for speakers, where you can collect your badge during the Forum’s days. Organizers’ representative will also be at the Speakers Desk all the time so we can assist you through the event. 
Also you may receive your accreditation badge in advance:
o Starting from October 10, 2011 at “RussCom Solutions” office: 8, Aviamotornaya st., Moscow (tel.: +7 (495) 925 0432); 
o October 24, 2011 (from 12.00 till 21.00) and October 25, 2011 (from 10.00 till 21.00) at the Registration zone on the first floor of the pavilion №7, Expocentre.
Forum speakers living in the hotel "Ukraine" can receive their accreditation badges in the hotel.
Refreshments
Coffee breaks will be served from 11.45 till 12.00 (October 27 and 28, 2011) and from 16.45 till 17.00 (October 26 and 27, 2011) for Forum participants. 
Paid lunch is available at restaurant from 13.45 till 15.00 October 26 and 27, 2011.
Documentation: 
A passport will be required to enter the Forum’s venue.
Dress Code
Business attire is required throughout the conference.
